Wood
If you’re a fan of wines that age, you probably want a wine robust wine with a Sangiovese base. One which has a long finish and emits the aroma of oak and wooden scents. These are typical of wines that age and are perfect for an Autumn evening.
Vanilla
You don’t have to get your vanilla fix through desserts or coffee – there are plenty of wines with this wonderful sweet scent. This is an aroma that is typical of a barrel-aged wine.
Licorice
