“Nothing more excellent or valuable than wine was ever granted by the gods to man.” – Plato
Known as one of the forefathers of philosophy, Plato was a prominent mind dating back to 428 BC and still remains one of the greatest minds in history even to this day. And it is no wonder that if he speaks about wine as a gift from the gods above, we must listen. And perhaps not only listen, but drink!
With students like Aristotle, Plato definitely has a thing or two to teach us, and we in turn have a thing or two to learn about wine.
