1. Depths of the Sea. Yep, some companies produce wine from way down in the depths of the sea. Left for eighteen months at a natural temperature of 59°F, these wines are born thanks to the unique characteristics of the sea.
2. Marble Cellars. Marble is not only an excellent material for sculpting, it is actually also a great place for producing wine. Strange but true, there are cellars built inside marble quarries where the wine ferments. Tasting a wine in such a scenario is priceless!
3. Amphorae. In Italy, many winemakers produce organic wine in barrels of clay from the Caucasus. This is a production that guarantees temperature control and increased oxygenation of the wine.
