So, there must be truth to his word, especially those about wine. Greeks are no strange to wine, having been one of their main exports of the ancient world, along with wine jugs and pitchers.
Euripides is known to be one of the “most tragic” of poets but of course when speaking of matters of the heart, it is sometimes difficult to not be – even millennial ago! Thank goodness wine is there to help.
